Our Mission

The mission of A VIP GRAND EVENT is to continue to sell, produce and present outstanding catering to people and to provide opportunities for personal and professional growth for its staff while earning a profit for the company.

There are caterers for every type of event imaginable, from barbeque to black tie and from Cajun to casual. The catering industry, as a whole, is as competitive as it is diversified. It is a tough, hard industry, with no room for apathy or sameness of product. Clients demand cutting edge products and the highest service possible. Each event is as individual as each client. The successful caterer recognizes this and capitalizes on it in order to grow as a business. Food service trends change with the tides and the range of catering services available fluctuates daily.

A VIP GRAND EVENT, was founded in 1973 with the principal goal of providing the highest quality catering services for our clients. We pride ourselves on offering only the best food service products and service possible. To this end, all of our employees are expected to perform to the best of their ability. Reducing overhead costs and improving products and service are daily goals that all employees strive to achieve, regardless of job description. Employees are given a wide range of tools to meet this daily goal and management strives to raise the bar whenever possible.

Since A VIP GRAND EVENT is a small company with only two principal stockholders, we have the freedom and flexibility to conform to the changing needs of our clients. We have access to the newest food service trends and training concepts, thus enabling us to provide cutting edge products and services to our clients. Large corporately owned and operated catering operations are constrained by policies that hinder product research and development outside the corporate headquarters.

A VIP GRAND EVENT offers a wide range of food service products, designed to meet the needs of our clients. Each individual event is regarded as unique and is treated as such from conception to execution. Our products include a full line of hors d oeuvres, lunch and dinner entrees, with a mouth-watering selection of desserts. We offer products for such types of events as corporate box lunches, seated dinners, executive meetings, as well as a wide range of social events, including wedding receptions. We offer such services as on-site chefs, wait staff and bartending personnel. Valets and security personnel can be arranged as clients request.
